We were delighted to welcome BuildHealth to DAWSON WAM this week for their latest BuildHealth Champions Meeting.
The morning began at our Head Office, where member companies shared updates on occupational health initiatives supporting both employees and subcontractors across the industry. These discussions are vital in driving continuous improvement and raising standards across our sector.
Following this, we visited the Murphy DAWSON WAM JV at the Mill Road West CSO (Combined Sewer Overflow) site, where the JV site team provided an overview of the works and facilitated a valuable discussion around occupational health requirements, practical solutions, and implementation on live projects. It was a great opportunity to showcase the scale and complexity of the scheme while reinforcing our shared commitment to workforce wellbeing.
A sincere thank you to Peter Kerr, Douglas Ferguson, Adam McKeown and James Carinduff for hosting, and to the following companies for taking the time to join us;
AG Wilson Civil Engineering
Charles Brand
Department for Infrastructure
Fox Building & Engineering Ltd
Heron Bros
Water Solutions Ireland Ltd
At DAWSON WAM, we remain committed to promoting strong occupational health practices across all of our projects, ensuring our people and partners go home safe and well every day.
