In February 2026, we significantly enhanced our operational capabilities through the refurbishment and conversion of an existing storage shed into a fully operational 2,000m² fabrication workshop. This strategic development has effectively doubled our in-house fabrication capacity, enabling us to meet growing project demand while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
As part of this expansion, we are also delivering a brand new adjoining 500m² office and welfare facility. This modern space provides improved working environments for both production and support teams, incorporating offices, meeting areas, and enhanced welfare amenities to support employee wellbeing and day-to-day operations.
In addition, we secured a further 6,000m² of concrete yard space to support our expanding engineering activities. This external area facilitates efficient material storage, pre-assembly operations, and streamlined logistics, improving overall site flow and reducing handling times.
The refurbished workshop has been equipped with modern fabrication machinery and upgraded infrastructure to maximise productivity and safety. Key features include state-of-the-art extraction and ventilation systems, along with 20-ton gantry cranes that enable the safe and efficient handling of large and complex structural components.
By repurposing existing infrastructure while investing in new, purpose-built facilities, this expansion provides our fabrication team with greater operational flexibility, increased throughput, and the capability to deliver larger and more technically demanding engineering projects. It also reflects our commitment to sustainable growth, workforce wellbeing, and the efficient use of resources while continuing to deliver high-quality engineered solutions.
